Everyone has asked me about a low cost, high profit embroidery project. So here it is a keychain. Since the Kentucky and Alabama football game is this weekend I used these 2 examples. You can use your own mascot or name. I used a 6 needle machine for 1 and a household embroidery machine for the other. The cost of the materials came up to under $1.40 and the suggested sale price would be $8 - $12 dollars. The materials can be purchased thru Continental Sewing with a P.O. or with a credit card for individuals to order from the website. Below is the NATFACS key chains Nicole done. (They glow in the dark!)
Below is the Project:
- Need Webbing, Ribbon, Key fob’s and Spray Adhesive.
- Hoop the Ribbon in the center of the hoop.
- Type in the name.
- Embroider the design, make sure to trace the outline.
- After the design is done spray adhesive the back
- Stick the ribbon to the webbing and sew down each side of the ribbon.
7. Pinch on the metal end and Presto ! 2 new key chains !
